I’m a qualified personal trainer Reps level 3 and Sports Masseur Level 3. I have over 18 years experience in Tai Chi and Chinese Martial Arts.

I can train you at your home, in a park near you or online using zoom, face time and skype.

I can support you with weight loss, mobility and balance, flexibility, toning, motivation and performance, and support people with a range of health conditions.

The techniques and equipment I may use include:

  • Stretching and Strengthening
  • Motor skills, Weight-bearing & Balance
  • Kettlebell training
  • Weights
  • Circuits
  • Pad work
  • Suspension training

If your training via Zoom don’t worry if you don’t have any equipment. Your own home can become your own gym. There are many exercises we can do without having to buy  equipment. Sessions are focused but designed at each persons individual pace and ability.

My aim is to help you reach a good overall level of fitness and strength whilst having fun. I take a step by step approach  teaching you the movements so you can do them safely on your own.

I know finding the time to exercise can be hard work so I provide personal training at a time that’s convenient to you, let me bring everything you need to you. One-to-one personal training in  Harlow, Hertford, Epping and surrounding areas. You’ll receive the support, guidance and motivation that you need both during and in between your workouts.
